Through this email, we would like to inform you about a new art project launched by the Copelouzos Family Art Museum. Copelouzos Family Art Museum is located in Athens, Greece and it is a privately-owned contemporary art Museum. You may see attached a short presentation of the Museum.
This art project is titled the “COV-ART PROJECT”. We invite artists from all over the world to participate through their creation on a mask made of canvas which we distribute to them.
With this initiative we want to show that creativity does not stop even in this difficult time period and art is always present giving a way out to any social issue. We also want to emphasize the importance of the use of mask and its central role in tackling this pandemic.
The participating artists, by accepting this invitation, offer through their creations, a different perspective to all of us, reminding us that art has the ability in every difficult side of life to influence and convey messages simply, loudly, clearly. A picture is worth a thousand words.
It would be a great pleasure and honor for us if you participate in this project which will be accompanied by a luxurious edition that will present all these creations of the artists on the masks. We will distribute this edition to other art collectors, friends of the Museum and partners of Copelouzos Group of companies. Of course, all participating artists will also receive it.
In addition, all these creations will be uploaded on an Instagram page dedicated for the
COV-ART Project.
